Protestlieder gibt es viele
Doch der Umstand auf den wir zielen
Wurd bisher nicht thematisert
Obgleich dieser Umstand uns alle frustriert
Denn:

Fast überall auf dieser Welt
Wenn der freie Tag auf Sonntag fällt
Er auf Montag wird verschoben
Diese Praxis ist zu loben
Denn das Gleichgewicht wird hergestellt

Nur in Deutschland hat man Pech
Das ist für die Psyche schlecht
Ist am Sonntag 1. Mai
Hat man Montags hier nicht frei
Das ist auch sehr ungerecht

Doch die SPD sagt nee und die CDU sagt nee und die GAL sagt nee
Deshalb hier mein Plädoyer:
Ist am Sonntag 1. Mai wolln wir Samstag, Sonntag , Montag frei!


Das ist eine Schweinerei
Doch in Deutschland bleibts dabei
Dieser Zustand muss sich ändern
Damit wie in freien Ländern
Samstag, Sonntag, Montag frei!

Deshalb hier mein Plädoyer:
